Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Chat-Based Sales Executive to engage potential clients, and close sales through social media and community platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, Twitch, and Discord. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, understands social media engagement, and can convert online conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through Instagram, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, Twitch, and Discord.
• Initiate conversations and build relationships through direct messages and community interactions.
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Present company services professionally through chat.
• Follow sales processes, and KPIs to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, and sales activities.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, Twitch, and Discord.
• Chat-based sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital services, marketing, graphic design, or software services is a plus.

Evening Shift:
Time: 4pm-12am

Night Shift:
Time: 12am-8am

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
