Chat Support Agents

We are looking for Experienced chat support agents for our company located in gulberg lahore

Shifts:-

Morning 8am to 4pm

Evening 4pm to 12am

Night 12am to 8am

Please apply if you have experience of at least 2 years in BPO field

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and communicate with appropriate departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
• Experience as Chat Support Executive or similar role will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
