Chat Support Executive – Job Description

Beast Drive | Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-friendly and quick-thinking Chat Support Executive to assist customers through WhatsApp, website chat, and social media messaging. The role focuses on answering queries, giving accurate information, and converting chats into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, website chat, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Provide clear information about Beast Drive activities, packages, and booking details
  • Respond to messages quickly and professionally
  • Convert chat inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain records of conversations and update CRM
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales team for scheduling updates
  • Handle complaints or concerns and escalate when needed
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Skills Required

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Fast typing and ability to handle multiple chats
  • Good understanding of customer needs
  • Basic sales and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of messaging tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM, etc.)
  • Calm, polite, and solution-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in chat support/customer service
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Experience in adventure, events, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus
