Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit Card Chat Support Associate. The role involves assisting customers with credit card–related queries such as applications, usage, billing, payments, disputes, and rewards—exclusively through live chat. The ideal candidate must have strong written communication skills, good knowledge of credit card operations, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.

Job Description

Designation: Process Consultant

Qualification: Graduate

Age Limit: Less than 30 years

Experience: Minimum 2 years of international customer service (Chat) in the financial domain

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written communication
  • Typing speed: 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Quick navigation, web-savvy, basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple systems

Shift: Night shift + Rotational weekly off

Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Location: DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Cab: 2-way cab facility provided

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat and messaging platforms
  • Build strong customer relationships through a consultative approach
  • Provide first contact resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to offer relevant products based on customer needs
  • Meet quality, compliance, and productivity targetsNavigate multiple systems/tools efficiently
  • Document customer information such as payment details, address changes, travel updates, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
