Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will not only handle live chat support and customer queries but also actively identify and engage potential customers through online interaction and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and order tracking
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
  • Stay up to date on product updates, system changes, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Higher
  • Good computer literacy
  • Written communication skills in English
  • Confident in online communication and customer outreach
  • Self-motivated, with a goal-driven attitude
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
