Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will engage with customers to ensure their needs are met, helping to build long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide product and service information, and guide customers through order placements, returns, and exchanges.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, offering timely solutions.
- Use CRM software to document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Retain customer orders through persuasive communication and personalized support.
- Work closely with other teams (shipping, billing, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and other requests according to company policies.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive company image and fostering customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong grammar and effective typing skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Closer preferably in an international call center.
- Proven customer service skills, with a talent for handling sales and fostering positive customer relations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Competitive, positive, and ambitious with a forward-thinking mindset.
