Chat Support Representative

Elite is Looking for Chat support representative.

Location : DHA Phase 6 - Karachi

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns.

3. Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and policies.

4. Answer questions about products, services, and policies.

5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.

Communication Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Friendly, patient, and professional tone in interactions.

3. Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of relevant platform.

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
