We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to provide timely, accurate, and professional customer assistance via live chat and messaging platforms. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards. This is a remote position, but discipline, reliability, and strong communication skills are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve product, service, billing, and account-related issues
- Provide clear, accurate information while following company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
- Meet response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets
