Chat & Technical Support Specialist (45k - 75k)

At Iyrix Tech We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Chat & Technical Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to customers via live chat and email
  • Assist users with onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Handle technical queries related to the SaaS platform
  • Identify bugs/issues and report them to the development team
  • Maintain high response time and customer satisfaction
  • Document common issues and create help guides/FAQs
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams when needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in customer support or technical support (preferably SaaS)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Availability for flexible shifts (including night shift if required)

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems
  • Prior experience supporting international clients (US/UK)
