At Iyrix Tech We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Chat & Technical Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to customers via live chat and email
- Assist users with onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting
- Handle technical queries related to the SaaS platform
- Identify bugs/issues and report them to the development team
- Maintain high response time and customer satisfaction
- Document common issues and create help guides/FAQs
- Collaborate with sales and product teams when needed
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in customer support or technical support (preferably SaaS)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Availability for flexible shifts (including night shift if required)
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Prior experience supporting international clients (US/UK)
