Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing effective solutions
  • Guide customers by providing accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Meet assigned KPIs and service quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
