Chauffeur

VIP Chauffeur will be responsible to provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services to our C-suite executives and VIP guests. You will be entrusted with ensuring their comfort, security, and punctuality while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Key Results Area :Responsible for liaising with the Executive Assistant’s and chauffeuring the Management level employees and guests to and from various locations.
• Maintain passenger safety by remaining vigilant to road risks and hazards.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in optimal operational condition, ensuring its security.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle, including oil, water, battery, brakes, and tyres.
• Verify the company vehicle's safety before each use, promptly reporting any damage or mechanical issues.
• Ensure that vehicle repairs and maintenance adhere to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Be attentive and available for immediate service at any time, including weekends.
• Adhere to and implement EKFC's Occupational Health and Safety Policy and protocols.

Education Qualification:

• Higher Secondary education (Required) or Diploma holder in any field (Preferably).

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a chauffeur or in a similar role in UAE.
• Valid driver's license – Type 3, 5 & 6 with a clean driving record and excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

Skills:

• Proficient in spoken English with multilingual capabilities.
• Demonstrate discretion in guest areas, maintaining composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Dubai City's layout and nuances to efficiently navigate demanding service requirements with minimal lead time.
• Exhibit a guest-centric approach, displaying a dynamic personality and genuine enthusiasm for assisting individuals.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures.
• Display excellent attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and flexibility in adapting to changes.
