Position Overview: Kashif Iqbal Thalassaemia Care Centre (KITCC) is seeking a talented and dedicated female Chef to manage our canteen, providing high-quality meals for our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition and food safety, with the ability to create meals that cater to the specific dietary needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present meals that meet high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Develop and implement nutritious menus tailored to the needs of patients and staff.
• Ensure the use of fresh ingredients while minimizing waste in the kitchen.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and timely meal preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, medical teams, and dietitians to plan patient meals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Strong culinary abilities with experience in creative and nutritious menu development.
• Hygiene: Expertise in food safety protocols and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff, medical teams, and dietitians.

Preferred: Previous experience in a healthcare setting or managing dietary restrictions is a plus.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
