Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Chef with hands-on experience to work in food factories (preferable have experience of sauces, jams etc) to join our production team. The ideal candidate will develop, test, and oversee the preparation of various sauces in line with our quality, taste, and consistency standards for large-scale food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and standardize recipes for different types of sauces (e.g., ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, marinades, dressings, etc.)
  • Oversee the preparation, blending, cooking, and packaging processes in the sauce production area
  • Maintain accurate records of ingredients, processes, and batch quality reports
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (ISO / HACCP standards)
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to improve product taste, shelf life, and cost-effectiveness
  • Train and guide production staff on recipe handling and batch preparation techniques
  • Conduct trials for new product development and support scale-up from kitchen to factory production

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Chef, preferably in a food manufacturing setup
  • Must have prior experience in sauce manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Creativity in developing new flavor profiles while ensuring consistency
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
