Head Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations
• Manage and innovate menu items and recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 5-6 years is mandatory. GCC experience is preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in Turkish and Lebanese cuisine preferred but not a must.
