Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming coffeehouse bistro in Gulberg Green Islamabad while also leading business development and public relations (PR) for our main restaurant. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational management skills with creativity in building customer engagement, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including service quality, staff performance, inventory, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure smooth operations and consistency.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of café staff.
  • Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Control costs and optimize profitability through effective purchasing, stock management, and waste reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local food regulations.

Business Development & PR

  • Create and execute strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue for the restaurant.
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, media, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
  • Represent the brand at community events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage restaurant’s social media presence in collaboration with marketing support.
  • Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in restaurant/café management.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and staff management.
  • Experience in business development, PR, or marketing within hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze sales reports.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
