Business Developer (Upwork)

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer (Upwork) to manage and grow our Upwork Agency account. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in generating leads, winning projects, and building long-term client relationships on Upwork.

Location: Phase 4, Bahria Town, Islamabad
Timing: 6 PM - 2 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Upwork Agency account.
- Identify and pursue relevant opportunities to secure projects.
- Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility and win rate on Upwork.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development on Upwork.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
- Prior experience managing an Agency Account is a must.
