Business Development Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales, client engagement, and market expansion. Candidates with prior involvement in Women Empowerment and Gender Diversity Programmes are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve targets
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and global markets to expand outreach
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and execution
  • Represent the organization in networking, events, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field (managerial experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently
  • Experience in women empowerment programmes is a strong advantage
  • Passionate, results-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
