The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the sales function to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure long-term business success. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, performance management, and close collaboration across departments including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.

Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base.

Forecast sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talents.

Define clear KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive accountability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Oversee major contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client satisfaction.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and business priorities.

Manage and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership.

Control and optimise the sales budget to ensure cost-effective operations.

Support project teams during customer meetings as requested by Project Managers.

Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs and their distributors to support pre-bid development, deal registration, pricing strategy, and compliance with corporate procurement policies.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.

6–8 years of progressive experience in sales, including 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Mandatory experience in MW P2P radio transmission Technologies and proven sales experience.

Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.

Proficient in using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.

Must have experience and use of ERP Software for Sales Management Like SAP and Netsuite.
