Job Description

We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and the ability to create innovative and exciting dishes. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen is required.

Responsibilities

1. Manage kitchen operations and staff effectively.
2. Plan menus, control costs, and ensure food safety standards are met.
3. Prepare and present dishes that meet high-quality standards.
4. Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
5. Work with various cuisines, with a focus on Middle Eastern dishes.
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
7. Innovate with recipes and ingredients to create unique dishes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and international cuisines.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, and food safety.
• Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new recipes and ingredients.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.

Offer
