Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes
  • Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen operations during assigned shifts
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
