About the Role

We are looking for a talented and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee a specific kitchen section (such as grill, sauté, pastry, or butchery), ensuring consistent quality, excellent presentation, and smooth daily operations. You will work directly under the Head Chef and Sous Chef, supervising junior cooks and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize a specific section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes for your station.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness according to HACCP standards.
  • Monitor inventory, portion control, and help reduce waste.
  • Supervise and train commis chefs and junior staff.
  • Assist in developing new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
  • Support with requisitions, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDP or strong experience as a Demi Chef.
  • Solid culinary skills and mastery of techniques relevant to your section.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
