Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare a variety of high-quality dishes in line with the café’s menu and standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP compliance).
  • Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented on time and to the highest standards.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste.
  • Develop new recipes and contribute to menu innovation based on customer feedback and trends.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain skill and consistency.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure kitchen operations align with overall business goals.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a café, restaurant, or catering setup.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
