Hiring: Indian Cuisine Specialists for an Indian Restaurant(CDP & Commis)

Join the culinary team at our prestigious 5-star resort. We are looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated Indian Chefs de Partie (CDP) and Commis to help us deliver an authentic and elevated Indian dining experience.

The Positions

  • Chef de Partie (CDP): You will lead a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, managing prep, and supervising junior staff.
  • Commis Chefs: You will support the daily kitchen operations, focusing on high-quality food preparation and maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Specialization: Deep knowledge of Indian cuisine (tandoor, curry, and regional specialties).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or a high-end standalone restaurant is a significant advantage.
  • Standards: A strong commitment to culinary excellence, cleanliness, and teamwork.
  • Trial: Shortlisted candidates must be available to visit the resort for a practical cooking test.
