Chef de Partie

We are seeking a hands-on and driven Chef de Partie to lead the day-to-day kitchen operations of a new family entertainment center. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, creative yet practical, and experienced in managing fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and service flow
  • Maintain consistency, presentation, and taste standards across the menu
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain performance and efficiency
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or higher, preferably in casual dining, cafés, or entertainment venues
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
  • With valid QID and Food Handling Certificate
  • Can start ASAP and willingness to work on shifting schedules
