Responsible for preparing high-quality cakes and pastries, maintaining consistency and creativity in every product. Manage the section independently and contribute to new menu ideas and seasonal offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Execution

  • Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods.
  • Follow standard recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality and portion control.
  • Ensure the section operates efficiently and professionally during service.
  • Oversee finishing and decorating of cakes and pastries, maintaining artistic presentation.

Menu & Creativity

  • Assist in the development of new recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
  • Contribute creative ideas for displays and special events.
  • Innovate with trends in flavor, ingredients, and presentation styles.

Team & Supervision

  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Train staff on techniques, presentation standards, and hygiene practices.

Hygiene, Safety & Stock

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP or equivalent).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, refrigerators, and storage areas.
  • Monitor ingredient levels and communicate needs to the Head Pastry Chef.
  • Minimize waste and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
