Chef de Partie – Pastry & Bakery

Sulalat Coffee Trading Co. is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie specialized in Pastry & Bakery to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pastry production, baking techniques, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, desserts, and bakery products.
• Supervise daily pastry and bakery production.
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support menu development and introduce new pastry items.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry & Bakery.
• Strong knowledge of pastry preparation and baking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
