CHEF DE PARTIE - SALTY

Responsibilities:

· Assist in menu development and creation of innovative savory products

· Ensure proper portioning, and presentation

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the production area

· Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the Head Chef

· Support the kitchen team and help train junior staff when required
