We are looking for a creative and experienced Salad Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality salads and contributing innovative ideas that meet customer tastes and health trends.

المهام الرئيسية / Key Responsibilities:

• تحضير مجموعة متنوعة من السلطات الطازجة وفقًا للوصفات المعتمدة.
• Prepare a variety of fresh salads according to approved recipes.
• ابتكار وصفات جديدة تناسب تفضيلات العملاء واتجاهات الغذاء الصحي.
• Create new recipes tailored to customer preferences and healthy food trends.
• التأكد من جودة وطزاجة جميع المكونات.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients.
• ترتيب وعرض المكونات بطريقة جذابة.
• Arrange and present ingredients in an attractive manner.
• المحافظة على نظافة مكان العمل والأدوات.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• تنظيم المخزون وتخزين المكونات بشكل صحيح.
• Organize stock and store ingredients properly.
• التعاون مع بقية الطهاة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
• Work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• تنفيذ التعليمات والمساعدة في تحضير الوجبات الأخرى عند الحاجة.
• Follow instructions and assist in preparing other meals when needed.
• تقديم توصيات للسلطات بناءً على احتياجات وتفضيلات العملاء.
• Recommend salads based on customer needs and preferences.
• تقبل الملاحظات من العملاء وتطوير الوصفات بناءً عليها.
• Accept feedback from customers and improve recipes accordingly.
• الالتزام بالزي الرسمي والمحافظة على مظهر نظيف.
• Adhere to the official dress code and maintain a clean appearance.
