Chief HR Officer (Senior Manager Cadre)

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the HR function, shaping the organization's culture, implementation of the HR strategy talent strategy, and overall people management practices. You will be responsible for leading the HR function, driving strategic initiatives, fulfilling the organization's resource needs by attracting, developing, and retaining capable individuals to achieve current and future business objectives. You will align with business strategy, industry’s best practices, and legal requirements. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact employee experience and engagement with the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s goals, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance.

· Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract top technology talent, ensuring that organization has the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a competitive market.

· Organizational Development: Drive organizational design and development initiatives, including change management, talent development, and leadership development programs.

· Employee Engagement & Culture: Initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture, employee engagement.

· Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance management systems that drive accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth.

· Learning & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and required competencies.

· Compensation & Benefits: Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.

· Legal & Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labour laws and regulations, and manage employee relations, workplace safety, and diversity.

· Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Develop and lead DEI initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workforce, promoting equity and respect within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in human resources and relevant HR certifications would be a plus.
  • Experience: 10 -12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Competencies:
  • Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
  • Exceptional people management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and with a focus on leveraging insights to drive HR decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
