Position Title: Senior Business Manager – Wallet
Location: NASTP (Silicon) Karachi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading fintech projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback into product features and business models.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s digital payments strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, telcos, fintechs, merchants, and billers.
• Collaborate with switching partners (1LINK, Raast) and payment aggregators.
• Enable continuous business improvement by conducting research and removing process bottlenecks in onboarding, transaction monitoring, settlement, and reconciliations.
• Ensure all technical integrations and deliverables from in-house and vendor teams align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report business KPIs, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Support regulatory compliance and governance by working with audit, legal, and compliance teams.
• Leverage data-driven insights to design targeted acquisition campaigns, optimize incentive programs, and refine customer engagement strategies to expand wallet adoption.

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
