Chemical Engineer

• Conduct site and workshop oil testing of transformers as per IEC standards, client-approved MOS, WI/WP.
• Prepare test reports and coordinate with KM/client for approvals.
• Troubleshoot errors in test results and propose corrective actions to clients.
• Carry out stage-wise oil testing during each step of transformer maintenance.
• Forecast raw material requirements for oil testing on a bi-monthly/quarterly basis and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Ensure annual calibration, preventive maintenance, and health check-ups of testing instruments and laboratory equipment.
• Submit oil test reports and ensure client approvals.
• Verify that all works are carried out as per approved MOS, WI/WP, and checklists.
• Monitor and issue clearances during each stage of oil filtration.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards by using proper PPE and tools, and maintaining them in good condition.
