Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

•Responsible for the maintenance and testing of Dahua after-sales repair products, and complete equipment maintenance in time;

•Responsible for answering customer’s daily after-sales maintenance problems;

•Skilled use of maintenance system, record maintenance data preparation to maintenance system;

•Collect product quality or batch problems, and timely feedback to superiors; and

•Obey the supervisor’s arrangement, complete the set assessment objectives, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering , or related field.
• 3–5 years work experience; background in technology or smart hardware industry preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
