Chemical Technician

The Role
Appointed individual will be responsible for installation, service, train and preventive maintenance of dispensing systems used for dilution and dosing of chemical products and implementing complete cleaning & sanitation program. 1. Conduct pre-installation survey. 2. Do installation. 3. Train internal team and customer on proper usage of dispensing systems. 4. Conduct service and preventive maintenance, and document is for record. 5. Ensure labelling of spray bottles and pasting of wall charts for customer training purposes. 6. Conduct product demonstration for customer. 7. Maintain stock of dispensers and spare parts. 8. 24x7 availability for emergency service requests. 9. Will extend self for installation projects in other areas i.e., UAE, Oman or KSA. 10. Gather market intelligence regarding competitors and ensure we keep competitive advantage in business. 11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, business ethical codes and practices

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications • Diploma in technical study – electrical, mechanical, etc. • Industrial Training Institute – electrical, mechanical, etc. Years of Experience • At least Two (2) years’ experience is relevant field. Nature of Experience • Worked in similar positions with firms that implement hygiene and sanitation programs. Other Skills / requirement • Good communication skills both oral and written – English, Hindi, Arabic, etc. • Ability to plan and execute service schedules • Maintain record of activities conducted
