Job Description:
This on-site, full-time position will focus on the
formulation, development, and characterization of polymer-based adhesives and coatings
. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
new product innovation, material testing, and scaling processes from laboratory to manufacturing
, ensuring all products meet stringent performance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Formulate and compound
silicone, acrylic, and rubber-based adhesives and coatings
for medical, electronic, and industrial applications.

Design and conduct
laboratory experiments
to evaluate chemical, physical, and performance properties of materials.

Apply
advanced analytical techniques
(e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, rheometry) for material characterization and problem-solving.

Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(R&D, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory) to develop new products and optimize existing formulations.

Develop and execute
quality control testing protocols
; ensure compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.

Accurately document
formulations, test data, experimental procedures, and technical reports
.

Support
scale-up activities
from bench to production, including troubleshooting formulation and process challenges.

Contribute to a culture of
continuous improvement, innovation, and safety
in the laboratory and production environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry
, Polymer Science, Materials Science
, or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience in
polymer formulation, adhesives, or coatings development
(R&D or industrial setting preferred).

Proficiency in
laboratory practices and analytical methods
for chemical and material testing.

Familiarity with
cGMP, ISO standards, or regulated manufacturing environments
(medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus).

problem-solving, critical-thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills
