Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead our finance team and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Coordinate with auditors and implement internal controls.
• Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and the outcome of the interview.
