Chief Accountant

- Lead and oversee the entire accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Supervise inventory accounting, costing methods, and stock valuations.
- Oversee reconciliation of multi-channel revenue streams and high volume transactions.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and financial risk management.
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support leadership in strategic decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the accounting team to maintain performance standards.

Required Skills
- Familiar with international accounting standards.
- Knows export/import finance processes.
- Comfortable with accounting automation tools.
- Understands online payment gateways and reconciliations.
- Can support vendor negotiations and payment planning.
- Uses financial data to support business decisions.
- Aware of ESG or sustainability reporting.
- Can build simple dashboards or MIS reports.
- Has worked in fast paced or growing companies.
- Stays updated with changing tax and industry rules.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
