Chief Accountant

We are urgently hiring for Chief Accountant for one of our client from Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Oversee tax calculations, payments, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Review and implement accounting policies and internal controls for process efficiency.
• Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and strategic planning.
• Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BBA / MBA / ACCA / ICMA or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and taxation.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
