Chief Accountant

Job Title: Chief Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking chief accountant to oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily accounting activities and accounting staff
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations (VAT)
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a strong advantage
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including a senior role
• Strong knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Arabic-speaker
