Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT, and statutory requirements
• Monitor internal controls and financial procedures
• Handle audits and liaise with external auditors
• Supervise and guide the accounting team
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in the QSR or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hospitality financial systems and reporting standards
• Experience with ERP/accounting software
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of local financial regulations
