Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead regulatory governance and ensure complete compliance across operations in the NBFC / Housing Finance ecosystem. This is a senior leadership position working closely with Board members and CXO leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with RBI, NHB, PMLA, KYC/AML, Digital Lending, FEMA & IT Act
• Act as primary liaison with RBI and NHB
• Build and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and SOPs
• Lead regulatory filings, audits, inspections & reporting
• Identify compliance risks and provide strategic advisory to leadership
• Drive strong compliance culture through training & governance

Qualifications

• CA / CS / LLB
• MBA or PGDM in Finance / Risk / Compliance / Corporate Governance preferred
• Additional certification in Compliance is a plus

Required Experience

• 5–10 years in NBFC / HFC / Banking / FinTech compliance
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations & digital lending norms
• Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills
