OVERVIEW

At Rosewood Red Sea, the Chief Concierge is responsible for leading the Concierge and Guest Services operation, ensuring guests receive seamless, personalized, and professional service across key arrival, stay, and departure touchpoints. This role plays a central part in shaping the first and last impression of the resort, while curating bespoke experiences, managing transportation and luggage flow, and delivering refined service in line with Rosewood’s luxury standards.

The Chief Concierge will lead the team with strong destination expertise, operational precision, and a guest-centric mindset, ensuring every interaction is handled with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Concierge and Guest Services operation, including airport greeters, doormen, and bell services.
  • Ensure seamless handling of guest arrivals, departures, transportation arrangements, and luggage flow.
  • Drive personalized service delivery across all Concierge and Guest Services touchpoints. Manage limousine operations, airport services, and related guest requests.
    Curate bespoke experiences and provide relevant local recommendations aligned with guest preferences.
  • Maintain strong destination knowledge and establish relationships with key activity providers across the island.
  • Keep the team informed of local events, attractions, trends, and destination updates relevant to guest needs.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the main entrance, library, and other key guest contact points.
  • Oversee guest movement, luggage handling, and arrival sequencing, while leading coordination with the third-party luggage delivery provider.
  • Ensure guest concerns and complaints are handled professionally, with proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler Services, Transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination for VIPs, special requests, and guest itineraries.
  • Support group arrivals, departures, and special programs by ensuring all arrangements are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences to enhance guest engagement and support revenue opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Concierge and Guest Services team to ensure high service standards, strong morale, and operational consistency.
  • Manage scheduling, shift coverage, briefings, coaching, and performance follow-up across the team.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of Concierge and Guest Services associates.
  • Assist in updating procedures and service standards to strengthen the operation.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Concierge, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong background in Concierge operations, guest service delivery, and Front of House coordination.
  • Experience managing bell service, transportation, and guest movement is highly preferred.
  • Strong destination knowledge and ability to build relationships with external activity providers and service partners.
  • Previous luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong organizational and operational planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple guest touchpoints effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and guest engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Front Office and guest service systems is preferred.
