Persian Horizon is a fast-growing strategic media and personal branding firm based at the Fairmont Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. We build authority-driven executive brands through storytelling, media strategy, and high-impact communication across the UAE, GCC, and global markets.

We are seeking a strategic Chief Content Strategist & Personal Brand Architect to lead the Founder's executive brand. The ideal candidate is a visionary communicator who can extract insights, craft compelling narratives, and position the Founder as a respected public voice. You will shape communication strategy, create premium authority content, and drive visibility across top media, events, podcasts, and thought-leadership platforms.

Role Summary

• Lead the development of the Founder's executive brand and media identity.
• Translate insights and ideas into influential, polished content assets.
• Shape the Founder's narrative, positioning, and authority in key markets.
• Drive high-level content strategy across media, digital, and public platforms.
• Oversee all aspects of executive communication and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 12-month strategic roadmap for personal branding and authority.
• Produce high-level executive content: reports, speeches, scripts, guides.
• Prepare the Founder for interviews, panels, and key public appearances.
• Lead writers, designers, and videographers to maintain consistent quality.
• Collaborate on-site (3 days) for extraction sessions + remote (3 days) for writing and planning.
