CHIEF ENGINEER

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the supervision and execution of general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on:

• Guest rooms

• Meeting space

• Front of house areas

• Back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems)

Shift Time: This opening is for a full-time, day shift - Sunday through Thursday (training most likely to include PM shifts)

• Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps
• Building maintenance experience required
• Communication
• Experience with Windows computer systems
• Hotel experience preferred
• Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs
• Open availability to include weekends and holidays
