Chief Engineer – Housing Society & Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Engineer to lead and oversee construction and infrastructure development within our housing society. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, site supervision, and infrastructure development, particularly in small house projects and community planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering operations for housing society and small-scale residential projects
• Manage site execution, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.)
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project timelines, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety codes, and environmental policies
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, surveyors, and municipal authorities
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to teams
• Manage procurement and vendor coordination for construction materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 6–10 years of experience in housing society development and residential construction
• Strong knowledge of site development, structural work, and finishing
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Valid PEC registration (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
