Chief Engineer – Marine Yacht

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer – Marine Yacht to join a private/luxury yacht operation in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a professional demeanor, and the ability to ensure safe and efficient operation of all onboard engineering systems.

Key Requirements:

• Currently based in Qatar
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
• Proven experience as Chief Engineer on private or luxury yachts
• Strong knowledge of yacht machinery, mechanical systems, and routine maintenance
• Thorough understanding of maritime safety standards and compliance requirements
• Professional attitude suitable for a private yacht environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all yacht engineering systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with the Captain and crew to ensure smooth yacht operations

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Boat / Yacht Engine Maintenance : 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

• Doha (Preferred)
