Chief Engineer | Permits, NOCs & SLAs

We are currently hiring for a Chief Engineer - Rail Network Permits & Services (Dubai Metro, Tram, Blue Line Project) - RTA Dubai.

Responsible for the planning, collaboration, management and liaison internally and externally with different authorities, agencies, departments and utility providers to provide advices and guidance

• Review utilities diversions reports, proposals and design from the Engineers and Contractors and at all time maintain an up-to-date overview of all utilities related activities and planned works that may affect the works of the Rail Agency.
• Ensure that all Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements pertaining to the project are in place and monitored as per the project management plan.

Technical requirement : Experience in Permits/ No Objection Certificate, Soil Interaction Study, Stakeholder management & managing Service Level Agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 7 years experience in a relevant field
