Role Overview

The CEO will be responsible for overseeing equipment procurement, lifecycle management, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align equipment strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s equipment management strategy.
• Oversee procurement, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international equipment standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align equipment initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead innovation initiatives in sustainable equipment solutions and emerging technologies.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for equipment operations.
• Mentor and develop technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for new equipment solutions and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in equipment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari regulations and international equipment standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex equipment operations successfully.
• Expertise in procurement, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay: Up to QAR56,000.00 per month
