We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial and Accounts Manager  to lead the financial operations of our group of companies. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on expertise with QuickBooks, strong capabilities in vendor and treasury management, and the leadership to oversee complex multi-entity financial structures. This is a senior leadership position with a direct impact on the company’s financial health, growth strategy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term planning.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across all group companies.
- Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and funding strategies.
- Group-Level Financial Oversight
- Consolidate financials across multiple legal entities under the group.
- Monitor inter-company transactions, ensure transfer pricing compliance, and oversee group audits.
- Establish financial controls and standard operating procedures across the group.
- QuickBooks & Systems Management
- Oversee the implementation and management of QuickBooks across all entities.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the system.
- Generate group-level financial reports and dashboards.
- Vendor & Treasury Management
- Oversee vendor relations, including payment terms, credit lines, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure efficient cash flow management, fund allocations, and liquidity planning.
- Approve high-value payments and oversee treasury operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Implement risk management practices to safeguard company assets.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong command of QuickBooks and other financial systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing finances for a group of companies.
- Strong background in vendor and treasury management.
- Excellent understanding of corporate financial law, compliance, and taxation.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
