.Key Responsibilities

• :Overall responsibility for finance and commercial functions
• .Business Partnering with CEOs in all operational and strategic decisions making
• .To achieve profit delivery targets and company objectives through effective cost management, Adpro spend effectiveness, price negotiations, and arresting value leakages
• .Provide functional expertise and guidance to the business, driving day-to-day business performance KPIs such as margin expansion, brand/customer channel profitability, and leading cross-functional cost savings/optimization, efficiency improvement, and revenue/margin maximization
• .Manage treasury through proactive currency hedging, hedging counterparty credit risk and cash flow management
• .Enforce financial discipline as efficient working capital management, effective liquidity management to reduce interest cost, ensure availability of USD/adequate banking lines to run operations
• .Implement risk management strategies to build sustainable business
• .Oversee transfer pricing and international tax framework/structuring
• .Ensure factory commercials, legal compliance, and internal and statutory audits
• .Evangelize business transformation and outlook, assess value drivers, and develop business analytics to facilitate decision-making
• .Maintain cordial relationships with government agencies, banks, auditors, legal firms, and key stakeholders
• .Strategic purchase decisions
• .Managing IT infrastructure and liasoning with global IT team for Automation and network upgradation
