Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, financial management, and strategic planning. As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insight into financial performance to support business development and growth initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
  • Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (SOX, GAAP, IFRS).
  • Lead mergers & acquisitions efforts to enhance organizational growth.
  • Supervise expense management and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.
  • Provide leadership in financial report writing and interpretation for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with other departments to analyze market trends and conduct business analysis.
  • Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate financial modeling for future projections.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial practices across the organization.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a corporate or non-profit environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, risk management, fiscal management, and corporate finance principles.
  • Experience with revenue cycle management, treasury management, and supply chain finance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical accounting standards (ASC 606, COSO) and governmental accounting practices is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and cost accounting.
  • Proficient in using financial software for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising finance teams. Pay: $176,800.00 - $310,500.00 per year
